Uncle Steve is a person referred to several times during the series. He is apparently Onipex's uncle.

Uncle Steve is more of a comedic element than a character. He is claimed to be Onipex's uncle. It is unknown how this could be true, as it would be physiologically impossible due to species differences; however, this is clearly a throwaway gag. He appears to be a grown man with a baby's head. On another occasion, Onipex thinks to himself that the unsettling snow during winter time somehow reminds him of his Uncle Steve's dandruff, which is ironic considering how Uncle Steve appears to be bald.
In Jevik? Pt 3 it is revealed that it was Uncle Steve who bought Onipex the tiki heads he has in his apartment.
